WiFiNINA kütüphanesini Erişim Noktası (AP) modunda başlatır. Diğer WiFi cihazları, oluşturulan Erişim Noktasını bulabilir ve bunlara bağlanabilir.

Parametreler
ssid : oluşturulan Erişim Noktasının SSID'si (Hizmet Kümesi Tanımlayıcısı). 8 veya daha fazla karakter olmalıdır.
passphrase : isteğe bağlı, oluşturulan Erişim Noktası'nın WPA şifresi. 8 veya daha fazla karakter olmalıdır.
kanal : isteğe bağlı, oluşturulan Erişim Noktası'nın kanalı (1-14). Kanal 1 varsayılanı;
